Refund & Cancellation

Once booked, cancellation is possible. Cancellation should be done at least 1 week before your travel. This ensues, we can compensate the cab driver with another Safari.

You won't get full refund on cancellation, you will be getting 60% of the booking amount. That’s because while you book, we need to pay other services like authentication service, payment gateway service, hosting service etc. We also need to pay the cab driver(s) some advance so that he is available at the willing time.
